“Truly outstanding service. Put off getting a poster done until the last minute, needed it within...like 7 hours, overnight. Ended up not being able to go pick it up and they delivered it to Berkeley within ~45 minutes of my call of "I will pay you, but I actually can't make it." I also told them the wrong size, 24x36, and they figured out from the template that it should have been 36x48, which was fantastic. And it looked great - well, not my crappy poster design, but quality was spot on. Six stars.”

“I, too, am very glad this place has opened in this area. Looks nice and clean, the owner and workers are available to help (as compared to the understaffed staples), and looks like the quality is excellent. So far: I needed to get an 11 x 17 drawing from my nephew scanned before it faded more (done when he was 6, he's 20 now!). This is a precious item. They did a terrific job and it was SO convenient. I forgot to tell them the type of file I wanted (jpg, not pdf) and Jesse re-did it at no additional charge. My mistake, their great customer service. Business-wise, I often need high quality and/or high volume printing or copies and will use them in the future.”
