Color bound booklets are utilized by many organizations, including book publishers, authors, manufacturers, non-profit organizations, churches and others. A booklet, by definition, is a “small book consisting of a few sheets, typically with a paper cover” and can include any of the following:

SADDLE STITCHED COLOR BOOKLETS
Rushprints color booklets are bound using saddle-stitching (also known as staple binding), which gets it's name from the stapling machine that is used. In the saddle-stitching process, the pages and cover are assembled, stacked neatly and lightly folded down the middle. Then they are placed over the stapling surface, which resembles a saddle. The staples go down the middle and then the entire stapled piece is folded in half, creating the booklet.

IDEAL THICKNESS
Saddle stitching is ideal for 60 or fewer pages. Anything larger is not practical, as it will not lay flat and might also require trimming which could negatively affect the booklet's content.
